Our reception is open as above times during term time, however times may vary during the school holidays. To keep all our members and staff safe, members can make payments online via their membership portal. Payments made by Debit Card can also be made via reception or over the phone.
Although we have relaxed our Covid restrictions, we ask that any person over the age of 14 wear a mask while in the building. Gymnasts may remove their mask once in the gymnasium to commence training. We also ask that any person entering the building, sanitise their hands at the station in the lobby.
Our reception area is open for registration and ordering purposes only and parents will be asked to leave the building promptly once their child has been registered into class. Therefore, if you need to contact us there is a 24-hour answering service. Please leave a short message with a contact number and someone will get back to you in due course.
We would prefer it if you could email the club as our Club Manager is working from home and can respond to emails. Our reception staff will still be busy meeting and greeting gymnasts and dealing with registration, so are unable to answer calls during busy periods.
