London Gymnastics Awards

The London Gymnastics Annual Awards Dinner is the social event of the year for all clubs, coaches, volunteers, gymnasts and parents. It is when the region and the technical committees acknowledge the hard work of the many volunteers. It is also the time to recognise the achievements of the many gymnasts across the disciplines within the region.

The Master Gymnast Awards cover all aspects of our sport for the gymnasts. It is a ladder system that starts at Master Gymnast Class 3 and culminates at Master Gymnast Class 1.

Young Volunteers are recognised along with the hard working members of clubs and technical committees. Again it is a ladder system with the final accolade for volunteers being the Gold Merit Award.

The technical committees also appreciate the work of the clubs and coaches within their discipline with the annual Club and Coach of the year.

The technical committees also acknowledge the hard work and time dedicated to the sport by the judges by awarding them gold, silver or bronze awards.

The most prestigious award is the Len & Edna Gross which is awarded in honour of our past President, Edna Gross and her husband Len. Presented occasionally to honour outstanding services over a prolonged period to London Gymnastics.

Pictured below are some of our coaches, gymnasts and volunteers who have received London Awards over the years.
